Georgina Wonchee is a Mexican actress and singer based in New York. She is the co-founder of Espejo Escénico, a women-led theater company that blends music and performance to bring the arts to marginalized communities. In 2022, she moved to NYC to continue her training at the Atlantic Acting School. She performed the musical monologue Cruzando Ensueños, a piece about migration, at the Whitney Museum in NYC. Her recent stage work includes Want a Ride? (One Act Festival, Chain Theatre), El Puente (Microtheatre, Chain Theatre), The Edge of Nature (La MaMa), Erick and Denise (Hudson Guild Theatre), Hamlet La TV novela (Under St. Marks Theatre/The Fringe Festival) Fifty Fun Facts about Olivia mi madre (Cimentos Festival IATI Theatre) Todas las Mariposas Negras Mueren en el Mar (IATI Theatre).
